Career
Gabriel’s practice is focused on civil law and supplementary pension and institutional investor issues. His experience includes advising clients on issues involving corporate governance, compliance, contracts and administrative litigation, as well as data protection. With solid experience in advising clients in the area of closed supplementary pensions (pension funds), Gabriel acts in both advisory and litigation matters involving complex issues in this practice.
Personal
He is a collaborating member of the Brazilian Supplementary Pension Institute (IPCOM) and an associate of the International Pension & Employee Benefits Lawyers Association (IPEBLA). Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO), a Specialization degree in Closed Supplementary Pensions from the Latin American Institute of Social Law (IDS Latin America) and is a master's student in Public Law at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV-SP).
