Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO), a Specialization degree in Closed Supplementary Pensions from the Latin American Institute of Social Law (IDS Latin America) and is a master's student in Public Law at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV-SP).
