Career
Larissa has been working in the area of sup- plementary pensions for over five years, with a special focus on advising institutional in- vestors and defending the interests of their managers before administrative and judicial tribunals. Before joining the firm, she worked for medium-sized law firms in Rio de Janeiro, in which she practiced in the areas of strategic litigation and consumer law, advising clients on issues such as compensation for moral and material damages. During her undergraduate studies, she worked as a tutor in Financial and Tax Law. She is the author of “Servidores Públicos Federais: Análise do regime de pre- vidência complementar oferecido pela Fun- presp” (Federal Public Servants: Analysis of the supplementary pension scheme offered by Funpresp), pusblished in 2024 by Editora Ron- carati.
Personal
She is currently a member of the Private Pension Fund Commission at the São Paulo Section of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP). Larissa holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), a Postgraduate degree in Economic Law and Development from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a Master’s in Economics from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR).
