Marek Oleksyn

Marek Oleksyn has over 18 years of experience in a broad range of intellectual property matters, including patent, design, know-how, trademarks, copyright, plant varieties, and databases. He represents clients in court litigation (including cross-border IP infringement proceedings), domain name disputes and arbitration, as well as in invalidation and revocation matters before the Polish Patent Office, the EUIPO, and the CJEU. He prepares and negotiates agreements on IP assignment and licensing, prepares opinions and memoranda on IP-related matters, and drafts agreements with key personnel re: the assignment of IP rights. He assists clients in R&D projects. He advises entities from various market sectors, including chemical, construction, IT, financial, automotive, FMCG, and luxury goods. He is an author of numerous publications on the protection of intellectual property.
