Łukasz Paweł Goniak

He specialises in providing comprehensive services to Polish and foreign business entities in the construction, road, transport and energy industries, including primarily investments carried out through public procurement and PPP arrangements. He advises clients both at the tender stage and during contract performance.

Deputy Chairman of the Public Procurement Law Section of the Warsaw Bar Association. He is an assistant professor at the Institute of Media Education and Journalism at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. In 2017, he obtained his doctorate with honours, and in 2018 he won the Paweł Stępka Award, granted by the National Broadcasting Council and the University of Warsaw for the best doctoral dissertation in the field of electronic media.
