Obtained a number of precedential decisions of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), including the first decision in history regarding a price fixing agreement, and a breakthrough decision finding discounts applied by a dominant market player compliant with competition law. Takes part in complex proceedings conducted before UOKiK concerning control of concentrations, including consolidations bordering on the limit of market domination permitted by law. Regularly gives training sessions on ways to ensure compliance with competition law.
