Practice Areas

She is active in the areas of banking, finance and consensual restructuring law. She advises banks, financial institutions, investment funds and private equity funds, as well as borrowers on financing acquisitions, real estate, projects and corporate objectives.

Previously, she was a local partner in the finance and banking department of one of the Big Four firms. She was also a local partner at a leading American law firm and worked for several years at the Warsaw office of a Magic Circle law firm.
