Andrzej Szlęzak

He joined SK&S shortly after its formation in 1991 and became Partner and Senior Partner in 1993 and 1996 respectively. During his practice at SK&S, he has provided legal services in many privatization and restructuring transactions in many sectors of Polish industry and banking, supervised various mergers and acquisition projects, participated in greenfield projects, and has drafted many transaction documents and authored many legal reports on civil and commercial law. He also took part in the work of the Commission in charge of reducing bureaucracy in the economy, set up by former Prime Minister Leszek Balcerowicz, and is an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce. He has authored many publications, including foreign-language publications, in the fields of civil and commercial law.
