He joined SK&S in 1993 and established the Tax, Customs, and Foreign Exchange Department. He became partner in 2000. He is an esteemed specialist in international tax law and has extensive experience in representing clients in tax disputes before tax authorities and administrative courts. Apart from tax law, he also deals with customs and foreign exchange law, as well as acquisitions, mergers, company transformation, and debt restructuring transactions.

Prior to joining SK&S, he provided counselling services to a number of Polish businesses, including within the Warsaw office of Ernst & Young, in which he specialised in tax and foreign exchange law.

He is also a member of the International Fiscal Association and other international tax organisations.
