She specialises in advising in matters of individual and collective labour law, both substantive and procedural. She represents and advises foreign investors in creating new job places and adapting acquired workplaces to corporate requirements.

Her experience encompasses representing employers in labor law disputes, including collective disputes and individual litigation with employees. She advises employers from various business sectors in complicated restructuring projects, including issues related to the transfer of workplaces to a new employer, negotiating collective bargaining agreements and social packages, as well as in downsizing and redundancies. She has vast experience in representing employers in relations with trade unions, and in negotiating and drafting agreements and incentive plans for executives.
