Marc R. Lashbrook is a partner in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Lashbrook represents leading investment banking firms, commercial banks, and other financial institutions on a wide range of financing transactions. His practice draws on extensive experience representing clients on transactions across multiple industries, including syndicated and commercial bank financings, public and private high-yield, investment grade and convertible debt offers and public and private liability management transactions, including exchange offers and tender offers.

Mr. Lashbrook has also represented leading investment banks in the issuance of equity and equity-linked securities, and has practiced in a variety of industries including gaming, retail, technology, telecommunications, healthcare, industrials, and real estate.
