Marc Latman is a Partner in the Global Transport Practice, where he advises on aircraft equipment financing, leasing, acquisition and divesture, equipment financing and secured lending transactions. He has negotiated and drafted leases on behalf of lessors and lessees and has documented and closed on hundreds of domestic and international asset-based financings. His clients include lenders, borrowers, equity participants, operators, lessors, and lessees in asset-based financings, often representing them in cross-border transactions. Marc is highly experienced in negotiating restructurings of equipment financing transactions inside and outside of bankruptcy.
