We advise on takeover bids, securities issues and placements, and IPOs, as well as on corporate governance, transparency and market abuse.

We assist companies and their controlling and significant shareholders during all stages of the IPO process. Our specialists have participated in transactions in all sectors of activity and, depending on the transaction, we work closely with our experts in other relevant areas for each transaction, e.g., administrative, competition and tax law to offer a comprehensive and tailormade service for each case.

We represent offerors and target companies subject to takeover bids and advise on merger transactions and other structural modifications of listed companies (public M&A). We have participated in many capital increases, and convertible and exchangeable bond transactions, helping many companies amend the terms and conditions of their debt issues.
