He regularly advises on major infrastructure projects (e.g. construction and refurbishment of hospitals) and on tenders concerning intellectual services, medical devices, and IT-systems. He is also very active in the (public) transport sector (e.g. dealing with complex framework agreements for the supply and maintenance of trams, trains and other rolling stock) including in tender procedures for the respective infrastructure (rail, road and airports). In addition, he regularly advises on alleged infringements of procurement law and represents parties in review proceedings before Austrian and European Procurement Review Authorities. He also specializes in the field of anti-corruption regarding public tenders.
