Magdalena Nitsche joined DORDA in 2013 and advises in the areas of restructuring and insolvency law as well as insurance law. She has extensive experience in national and cross-border restructurings, distressed M&A transactions and advising executives in crisis situations. Magdalena Nitsche was admitted to the bar in 2019 and was appointed partner in 2025.
In 2019 she completed a secondment in the legal and compliance department at TTTech Auto AG.
Magdalena Nitsche is a member of ReTurn and INSOL Europe and co-founder of the first Austrian women's network in the field of restructuring.
