Career

Florian Kremslehner joined DORDA in 1988. He heads the Dispute Resolution Group and deals with general litigation, arbitration, and white-collar crime. He advises in civil and criminal law matters as well as in transnational and international disputes. Florian has extensive experience as counsel and arbitrator under the rules of ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, VIAC and CAM. He is fluent in German, English and Italian.

Florian chaired the IBA Litigation Committee and is a member of the LCIA, ICCA, the International Law Association, and the Austrian Arbitration Association.

He is one of the editors of the Austrian Yearbook on International Arbitration.
