Career

Francine has been with DORDA since 2001 and has headed the Life Sciences Practice Group since 2012. She is an expert in pharmaceutical and medical device law, market access, compliance, unfair competition in the life science industry and product liability. She advises national and international companies throughout the entire life cycle of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food supplements and cosmetics. Francine is one of the leading European lawyers in the field of life science and won the LMG Life Science Award Europe in the field of competition law in 2020. Since 2019 she has been a Managing Partner of the firm.

Before joining DORDA, Francine gained experience at an oil and gas company in Sydney, where she was born and raised. She then joined the legal department of a multinational corporation in Austria.

Francine Brogyányi is also editor of the book Gender Bias in Law and author of numerous specialist publications on pharmaceutical and medical device law. She is also a lecturer at the Pharmig Academy and a member of the life science networks LSPG and Biolegis.
