Arbitration
Christian Dorda is the founding partner of DORDA.
He is currently an arbitrator, in particular in disputes concerning joint ventures, distribution and construction. He is a recurring chairman of the arbitral tribunal or sole arbitrator in (inter)national commercial disputes.
Following his membership of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, he is now Deputy Chairman of ICC Austria. He is a member of the Austrian and Swiss Arbitration Associations and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the American Chamber of Commerce in Austria. Finally, he is President of the French-Austrian Chamber of Commerce.
