Andreas Zahradnik joined DORDA in 1992 and became a partner in 1996. He is an expert in banking and capital markets law, M&A and restructuring, in particular relating to financial institutions, as well as corporate law and compliance. He advises domestic and international banks, investment firms, private equity, venture capital, investment and hedge funds.
Before joining DORDA, Andreas worked as assistant lecturer at the Institute of Public and Administrative Law at the University of Vienna.
