Thomas Angermair joined DORDA in 1987 and became partner in 1993. He leads the Employment Law team and is an expert in Austrian and European employment law as well as related aspects in corporate law, foundation law, IP and the fields of art and culture. Thomas has also vast experience in employment court and arbitration proceedings. A particular focus of his work covers specific employment related transactions, such as corporate restructuring and reorganisations.
Thomas is a member of the Austrian Arbitration Association, IBA, and UIA. Furthermore, he is a member of supervisory boards and board member of private foundations.
In addition, Thomas is a lecturer and an author on specific issues of labour law and directors' liability.
