Career

Tibor Varga heads the firm's finance team. His practice focuses on all aspects of corporate finance, including banking, capital markets as well as public takeovers. Tibor is an expert in loan documentation (including acquisition/LBO, mezzanine, direct lending as well as project finance) as well as PE, equity and debt capital markets transactions. He also advised in many of the large scale (also cross-border) Austrian restructuring situations. Before joining DORDA in 1996, Tibor worked as an associate in the auditing of banks at KPMG in Vienna. In addition, Tibor is the author of publications on banking, corporate, and tax law. He also regularly speaks at seminars and conferences.
