Macey Levington

Focuses on complex structured finance and securitization transactions. His practice encompasses collateralized loan obligations, collateralized fund obligations, receivables securitizations, and asset-based lending arrangements and securitizations of esoteric assets, acting for underwriters, asset managers, borrowers, investors and sponsors. He also has extensive experience advising financial institutions and asset managers in structuring and negotiating collateralized loan obligations, asset-based lending transactions and various forms of private credit financings and securitizations for direct lenders.
