Focuses on corporate and financial transactions, as well as structured finance and securitization in capital markets. His practice encompasses complex structured finance transactions including collateralized loan obligations, receivables securitizations, and asset-based lending arrangements. He also has extensive experience advising financial institutions in structuring and negotiating asset-based lending transactions secured by portfolios of corporate loans and other fixed-income assets.
