Confidential Client: Advising on the support of a client with a highly significant global trademark portfolio, which was used as collateral to obtain financing from a multilateral bank.

Confidential Client: Advising on a transaction involving intellectual property asset agreements for a global creative services company. We assisted in drafting, executing, and amending their creative agreements, ensuring the highest confidentiality standards and the proper transfer of intellectual property rights over works created by their collaborators. Our advisory also extended to third parties with whom the client sought to enter into intellectual property transfer agreements, ensuring full legal compliance even in the absence of an employment relationship. This strategic approach strengthened the client’s legal framework for protecting its creative assets and reinforced its intellectual property position.
