Work Highlights

Mining Company: General legal advice for clients and their operations in Colombia. Our activities have included the presentation of the Mining Works Program (work plan and works) and an Environmental Impact Assessment, as well as advice on the acquisition of a request for mining legalization and a land of 148 hectares in Puerto Carreño, Vichada. We have also provided advice on the incorporation of a new subsidiary in Colombia that will be the entity under which the new project will be developed.

Mining Company: Advice to incorporate a Colombian subsidiary to participate in the objective selection procedures that the National Mining Agency is implementing to grant concessions for specific Strategic Mining Reserve Areas.

Financiera Pagos Internacionales S.A. - Financing Company: Advice on a credit agreement concluded by certain shareholders of the company Financiera Pagos Internacionales S.A. - Financing Company, Colombian financial institution, as borrowers, and Capital Bank S.A. as lender.
