Luis Manzanares is a Partner in the Company Formation & Corporate Services, Estate Planning and Private Wealth practice areas at Morgan & Morgan, where he leads the team specializing in innovative, non-traditional structures designed for efficient asset protection and distribution.

Throughout his more than 25 years of experience, he focuses his practice on estate planning, asset protection and management, fiduciary services, as well as corporate services in multiple jurisdictions.

His client portfolio includes banks and trust companies, family businesses and companies, all of which require sophisticated, custom-made fiduciary solutions for the organization and administration of private matters or specific business transactions. He also caters to wealthy families and professionals in United States, Mexico, Central America and Dominican Republic.

He currently serves as President of the Board of MMG Trust (Nevis) Corp. and MMG Trust, S.A. In addition, he also acts as Secretary of the Board for several operational companies, including MMG Wyoming Corp., Morgan & Morgan Trust Corporation (Belize) Ltd., and MMG (Bahamas) Ltd.

He is a member of The Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP), a group of which he was Co-Founder, Director, and former President of its Panama Chapter. He is also a member of the World Services Group (WSG) Latin American Council.
