Luis Manzanares

Luis Manzanares is Partner in the Private Wealth Law & Corporate Services practice group of Morgan & Morgan and heads the team specializing in non-traditional special structures for efficient asset protection and distribution.

Throughout his more than 25 years of experience, he focuses his practice on estate planning, asset protection and management, fiduciary services, as well as corporate services in multiple jurisdictions.

His client portfolio includes banks and trust companies, family businesses and companies, all of which require sophisticated, custom-made fiduciary solutions for the organization and administration of private matters or specific business transactions. He also caters to wealthy families and professionals in United States, Mexico, and Central America.

He is currently the President of the Board of MMG Trust, S.A. and subsidiaries.

He is a member of The Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP), a group of which he was Co-Founder, Director, and former President of its Panama Chapter. He is also a member of the World Services Group (WSG) Latin American Council.
