Fernando Boyd is a Partner in the Estate Planning and Private Wealth practice areas at Morgan & Morgan.

Fernando has over 15 years of background advising local and international corporations in complex matters such as group restructurings, asset protection and management and private equity investments. Fernando is recognized for his knowledge of Panamanian Corporate Law and has also specialized in the creation and administration of complex multi-client and multi-jurisdictional structures.

His client portfolio includes well-known private companies, banking and financial entities, corporate practitioners and private clients. He caters to wealthy families and professionals in South America, especially Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Peru.

He has collaborated in discussions with Panamanian government authorities regarding the modernization of the legal framework to ensure that Panama retains its reputation as a competitive and respectable jurisdiction internationally.

He is a member of Terralex and of the Board of Directors of the Panamanian Association of International Lawyers (AAI).
