Morgan & Morgan has within its ranks a skilled and seasoned team of attorneys, business executives and accountants with over 40 years of experience in the trust and corporate services industry. While this business was mainly transactional for decades, with clients rarely requesting anything else but the product, our perception of the client´s needs confirm that is changing. Our clients expect and require we advise them on several important topics such as asset protection, estate planning and succession plans.
We find that our clients are requesting, more and more, that we provide basic estate planning, accounting services and other corporate services. Considering this shift, we have expanded our team that deals with HNW individuals and families that require a more holistic solution. We feel we have, with Partners Castro and Barrios, a distinct advantage in this niche. We have kept adding lawyers and personnel to this line of business in our belief that clients will be more demanding.
Having a physical presence in each of the main jurisdictions we work with gives us a huge advantage over local peers as we avoid extra costs not having to outsource and by having first knowledge of local changes in legislation that may affect our clients.
