Luciana Tache is a Senior Associate and a member of the Corporate/M&A team of the Bucharest office. Luciana is an experienced Corporate/M&A lawyer and an expert in the regional Healthcare & Life Sciences practice of Wolf Theiss. Although her primary focus has been Corporate/M&A, during the years, she has been involved in a large spectrum of law areas which have given her the ability to identify potential risks in M&A transactions in multiple industries as well as a broad understanding of the implications of such risks. Throughout her years of legal professional expertise, she has been involved in a wide range of projects within the fields of corporate, M&A, cross-border and local corporate restructuring as well as niche law areas such as life science, broadcasting, gambling and advertising. She is a versatile lawyer with a high capacity of dissecting regulatory matters and providing tailored specific advice. This has also led to a good and efficient coordination of projects from a multitude of industries. In 2021 Luciana was ranked as Rising Star in the Corporate/M&A category of a renowned legal directory for Romania and as a Key Lawyer in the TMT top in Romania of the same legal directory.
