Luca Rinaldi is a copyright and information technology expert. His focus is on Media & Entertainment, and in particular on acquisition and distribution of television rights, especially in the sport field, and film and TV movies production and coproduction; Technology, with particular reference to new digital technologies startups; intellectual properties’ portfolio restructuring and securitization; biotech research, development and licensing.
He is the author of several articles and regularly writes for law reviews, in addition to being a speaker at conferences and seminars on a wide range of aspects of IP and IT Law.
Career
Luca graduated in Law from the University of Pavia in 1997, and subsequently attended the law degree courses in “droit des affaires” at the Universities of Caen and Dauphine (France) in 1997. He obtained a Scholarship for Specialized Research in Intellectual Property Law from the University I.U.L.M. of Milan in 1998, and became an assistant professor for Intellectual Property Law there from 1999 to 2002.
