Career
Joined Cuatrecasas in 2005. Partner since 2016. He was Deputy Chief of Staff of the State Department of Public Administration (XVI Constitutional Government (CG)) and Deputy Undersecretary of the President’s Cabinet (XVI CG). Member of the Administrative Reform Committee in the XVI CG. He advised on the legislative reform of the oil sector on the contentious-administrative reform in Guinea-Bissau as a member of the Law School of Bissau and on the Portuguese Cultural Heritage Act.
Professional Memberships
Member of the Portuguese Bar Association, of the group of experts of the United Nations Security Council Affairs Division, of the International Law Association and of the Portuguese Association of European Law. Arbitrator at CAAD – Administrative Arbitration Center. Vice-President of the Center for Arbitration and Litigation of the Law School of Lisbon University.
