Loris is a partner in the Dispute Resolution department in our Milan office. He specialises in banking, corporate, insolvency and commercial litigation, both in ordinary and urgent proceedings and has matured significant experience in criminal corporate liability as well as in debt-restructurings, IP and data protection litigation. Loris focuses also his practice in advising international private equity funds in transactions concerning NPLs portfolios. He also advises clients, both in court and out-of-court, on real estate and lease matters.
He also gained a significant experience in dealing with TMT and IP matters, both contentious and pre-contentious. He assists national and international clients in matters relating to the protection of trademarks and intellectual property rights. Loris’ practice includes compliance and Data Protection matters, with focus on claims and litigations arising from sanctions imposed by the relevant Authorities, including those deriving from non-compliance with ESG regulations.
