Career

Mr. Kim has worked on numerous landmark projects in Korea including the Seoul Subway #9 Project, Seoul-Chuncheon Highway Project, and the 833 MW LNG-fired combined cycle power plant project in Oseong, Korea. Recently, he has also advised various Korean financial institutions and investment trusts for investments in energy and infrastructure assets located in various jurisdictions. In addition, he was involved in numerous solar PV farm projects in Korea and Japan. He has also worked on many international deals, in particular, advising on securitization transactions in relation to the ADNOC Gas Pipelines, and advising on financing arrangements for fuel cell project in California.
