She has more than 16 years of experience in advising clients in Serbia and in Montenegro on all aspects of employment and pension law, and in particular on employment and management agreements, collective agreements and employment by-laws, termination of employment, negotiations with trade unions, cross border transfer of employees, immigration and work permits, whistle-blowing policies and mobbing, etc.
