Kristen Kirby

Kristen Kirby is a partner in McGuireWoods’s Public Finance Department. She has served as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, bank counsel and borrower’s counsel for a variety of tax-exempt transactions, including multifamily housing revenue bonds with low-income housing tax credits; 501(c)(3) bonds for colleges, universities, schools, charter schools and other nonprofits; industrial development bonds; and other private activity bonds.

Kristen has served as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and disclosure counsel in traditional governmental financings for cities, counties and state agencies. She also has experience with tax credit bonds.
