Klemen regularly advises domestic and international companies from a number of industry sectors (automotive, pharmaceutical, banking/finance, food and beverage, transportation) on various aspects of Slovenian and EU competition law. His work includes merger control cases, cartel investigations, distribution agreements, abuse of dominance cases, and state aid matters. He also advises on a wide array of local regulatory requirements related to banking, energy and infrastructure. Klemen has been involved in several complex cross-border transactions in which he provided competition, regulatory, corporate, and banking/finance legal advice.
Career
Klemen is a Partner who joined Wolf Theiss in 2008. Klemen graduated from the University of Ljubljana and obtained a master of laws (LL.M.) degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
