Klemen has been involved in several complex cross-border transactions in which he provided competition, regulatory, corporate, and banking/finance legal advice.

Klemen is a Partner who joined Wolf Theiss in 2008. Klemen graduated from the University of Ljubljana and obtained a master of laws (LL.M.) degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
