Kimberly Spoerri’s practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and corporate governance and activism matters in the life sciences and healthcare, consumer products and retail, TMT, and industrial sectors. Kim has advised clients across various industry sectors, including: Takeda, GSK, American Tower, Google, American Express, Honeywell, Allergan, Lenovo, Johnson Controls and The Home Depot.

Kim has been recognized by Chambers USA for Corporate/M&A, The Deal’s Top Women in Dealmaking for “Mergers & Acquisitions” and for “Best in mergers & acquisitions” by Euromoney Legal Media Group.
