Ken has experience drafting and negotiating stock and asset purchase agreements, merger agreements, joint venture agreements, reorganization agreements, letters of intent and exclusivity, stockholders' and many other types of agreements, as well as leases, mortgages, indentures, releases, indemnity agreements, employment agreements, promissory notes, security agreements and credit agreements.

He works on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, private equity transactions, financing transactions and general corporate law issues. Additionally, Ken represents public companies in connection with annual and periodic disclosure reporting under federal securities laws.
