Katarína is the Managing Partner of the firm's Bratislava office and the main contact for Employment team in Slovakia.
With over two decades of experience with employment and labour law, she is a go-to expert advising large national and multinational companies on issues ranging from the establishment of employment relationships, secondments, employee assignments and transfers, employment restructurings and dismissals to the employment aspects of acquisitions, and data protection regulations. In addition to drafting internal policies, she has extensive know-how in structuring relationships with statutory bodies and top management, as well as various benefit and incentive schemes.
Katarína is an experienced litigator, an avid supporter of the speak-up culture and whistleblowing, and a highly sought-after legal advisor to employers conducting internal company investigations or reviewing complaints and notifications regarding all forms of discriminatory behaviour in the workplace, including wage discrimination. She frequently represents clients in collective negotiations, individual and collective labour law disputes.
