Career
Vanessa Gómez Mosquera joined LEXVALOR Abogados in 2011.
Before graduation from law school, she worked as a legal assistant on the firm's corporate-labour team, until she graduated as a lawyer. Since January 2019, she has been an associate lawyer in the labour law area.
Vanessa actively advises national and multinational companies on in-court and alternative dispute resolution, labour litigation, payroll management, social benefits, social security issues, occupational hazards, as well as handling workplace harassment and discrimination cases.
