Practice Areas

Justin focuses his practice on all aspects of oil and gas law, representing energy clients on a range of litigation issues relating to the production of natural gas throughout the Appalachian region. He represents natural gas production companies in Pennsylvania and Ohio courts and in arbitrations on royalty disputes, lease disputes, joint operating agreement disputes, and contractor services provider disputes. A large part of Justin’s practice is focused on the defense of class action litigation in both Pennsylvania and Ohio. In addition, Justin provides extensive counseling to exploration and production companies regarding royalty and lease obligations, marketing and sales of production, management of lease assets, and other development, maintenance, and marketing issues.
