JUSTIN BECKER has experience in a broad array of anti-dumping and countervailing duty issues, including major investigations and reviews before the Department of Commerce (DOC), investigations before the International Trade Commission (ITC), and Section 301 and Section 232 investigations before relevant U.S. agencies and offices in the Executive branch. He has appeared before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and has argued before a Chapter 19 NAFTA panel. Justin also counsels U.S. and foreign clients on national security and international legal issues, including national security screening mechanisms such as the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). He assists clients through the CFIUS pre-filing, assessment, review, investigation, and mitigation negotiation processes and advises clients on risks associated with transactions involving information and communications technology and services.

Justin’s work includes representing clients in a wide variety of industries, including steel, energy, automotive, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, aerospace and defense, mining, agriculture, telecommunications, and financial services.
