Justin Hart is based in Walkers' Cayman Islands office and is a partner in the firm's Finance & Corporate Group.

Justin has extensive experience on a broad range of finance transactions, including complex cross-border and syndicated corporate credit facilities, specialising in fund financing. He has acted for many of the world's largest private equity sponsors and lenders on an array of fund financing transactions including subscription credit facilities, NAV and hybrid facilities, GP and LP facilities and asset based bankruptcy remote SPV financings.

Justin also has an extensive corporate practice and regularly advises large multinationals and portfolio companies of private equity sponsors on various Cayman Islands' corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, equity and debt listings and joint ventures.
