Justin specialises in fund financing and regularly acts for many of the world’s largest private equity sponsors and lenders on a wide variety of fund finance matters including subscription credit facilities, net asset value and hybrid facilities, general and limited partner facilities, continuation fund facilities and bankruptcy remote special purpose vehicle financings. He also advises large multinationals and portfolio companies of private equity sponsors on various Cayman Islands corporate and commercial matters. This includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, equity and debt listings, and joint ventures.
