Julián Razumny

Julián Razumny has more than 20 years of experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, with a strong focus on M&A processes, debt restructuring processes involving both local and foreign creditors, strategic negotiations and the negotiation of complex corporate contracts. In recent years, he has also developed a well-regarded antitrust practice, advising on both merger control and competition matters.

He graduated as a lawyer at the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2005 and completed a postgraduate course in Economy and Finance for lawyers from the Pompeu Fabra Universidad de Barcelona in 2015.

His work has been recognized by Chambers Latin America, where he has been ranked for his expertise in two areas of practice (Corporate & Antitrust), as well as by The Legal 500.

Prior to joining TRSM, Julián worked at Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal and Bomchil. Between 2008 and 2019, he served as Corporate Legal Manager at Celulosa Argentina S.A., where he also acted as an advisor to the Board of Directors, bringing valuable in-house and governance experience to his practice.
