Federico specialises in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, with more than 23 years of experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

He has participated in numerous highly complex negotiations, providing advice to local and foreign investors on acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic alliances, in both cross-border and domestic contexts.

As part of his general corporate practice, Federico regularly advises domestic and multinational companies on day-to-day corporate matters, including commercial contracts, shareholders’ agreements, corporate planning and reorganizations.

Prior to joining TRSM, Federico was a senior associate at Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi and a foreign associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP (New York) and Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados (São Paulo).

He graduated as a lawyer (with honors) at the University of Buenos Aires and also completed a postgraduate course in finance at the Argentine Catholic University.
