Nicolás has more than 15 years’ experience in Energy and Administrative Law. He specializes in all aspects of legal energy and infrastructure matters, including regulatory aspects, disputes, structuring of projects both locally and cross-border, due diligence and public procurement and bids.
Currently, his practice includes a strong presence in the power generation (both conventional and renewable) industry, providing advice to developers and sponsors, financial institutions and investors with respect to thermal, wind, solar, biomass and hydropower projects.
He graduated as a lawyer at the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1999 and completed an MSc Public Policy degree from the London School of Economics in 2003.
Nicolás is also a Professor of Administrative Law at the Universidad de San Andrés and a Professor of Energy Law at the MSc of Energy taught at the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
