Juan Pablo Bove

Juan Pablo has over 25 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, equity capital markets, and both transactional and day-to-day advice to high-net-worth individuals, private equity funds and domestic and multinational companies.

He combines his M&A expertise with a deep understanding of financing structures, including project finance, structured financings, debt capital markets and asset-backed financing transactions.

Prior to joining TRSM, Juan Pablo served as Legal Manager for the Southern Cone at AB InBev (Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay), was a foreign associate at White & Case in New York and an associate at Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi in Buenos Aires.

He graduated as a lawyer at the University of Buenos Aires in 2001. He is regularly invited to teach at graduate and post graduate courses and is consistently recognized by international rankings, including Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, IFLR and Leaders League.
