Julieta De Ruggiero

Julieta has over 20 years of experience in banking, finance, and capital markets law, with a particular focus on corporate and sub-sovereign bond issuances, financing and project finance, securitization, and debt restructuring processess. She advises international, local and multilateral banks, as well as corporate clients and sub-sovereign entities on sophisticated financing and capital markets transactions.

She has been consistently recognized by Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500 and IFLR, where she has been ranked for her expertise in Banking & Finance.

Prior to joining TRSM, Julieta was a partner at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja (2002–2017), a foreign associate at White & Case LLP-New York office (2005–2006), and in-house counsel at a leading Argentine retail company.

She graduated magna cum laude with a law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2000.
