Javier has more than 10 years’ experience in energy, infrastructure, and natural resources, with extensive experience in structuring energy and infrastructure projects, with relevant involvement in project finance, M&A, and other corporate transactions. He also advises clients on a variety of infrastructure matters, representing banks and/or sponsors.

He joined the Firm in 2016 as an associate and worked as International Visiting Associate in Latham & Watkins (NY office), as a member of the corporate and project finance practice during 2021-2022.

Javier has a postgraduate course in Finance and Corporate Law at the Universidad del CEMA, a Master in Public Law and Economics at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, and is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
