Universidad de Chile Law School (LLB, 2004). He is a member of the finance, banking, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions areas. He has extensive experience in local and cross-border financing and refinancing transactions, secured and unsecured syndicated loans, infrastructure project finance, as well as in the representation of issuers and underwriters in equity and debt transactions in the local and international capital markets. Juan Antonio also advises banks and other entities in the financial industry on regulatory matters. His practice also includes advising Chilean and international companies in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and negotiation of commercial agreements.
