He advises companies on mining, energy and regulatory matters in Chile, Argentina and Ecuador based on a comprehensive understanding of the mining business.

He has recognized experience in designing and structuring strategies for acquiring and merging mining companies and has a strong expertise in negotiating all sort of mining and joint venture agreements and other types of agreements related to the mining and energy activities.

He has participated actively in almost all relevant exploration, project development and M&A Chilean mining transactions and joint ventures re. copper, gold, silver, lithium, nitrates, iron ore, salt, coal etc. over the last years with private and stated owned company and has actively worked in project development and operation of numerous mining and energy companies. His experience covers advice to inter alia mining and energy companies and services and technology providers in those fields.
