Partner since 2024. Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, Master of Laws in Business Law, (LL.M., 2022). Universidad de Chile Law School (LLB, 2005). She leads the Technology, Privacy, and Media group, focusing primarily on technology contracts, data privacy, and payment systems regulation, as well as contract negotiations and general corporate matters.

She began her professional career in the Financial and Corporate group of the firm, where she worked between 2007 and 2014, advising Chilean and foreign companies on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, commercial agreements, and financing and refinancing transactions.

From 2015 to 2024, she worked as General Counsel of a technology company from the financial sector, where she was responsible for managing all legal matters, including corporate issues, contracts with clients and suppliers, new product analysis, legal and regulatory compliance, among others. Furthermore, she worked as Risk and Legal Affairs Manager at the same company, leading risk management and compliance from 2022 to 2024, in addition to her responsibilities for legal and regulatory matters.
